Refund Policy

Fee once paid is not refundable. In case , the fee transaction has been completed through the online payment gateway of Himachal Pradesh Technical University and due to technical issue fee paid twice for same form, the candidate may produce duly filled refund form available on link http://www.himtu.ac.in/pdf/Examination-Re-evaluation-Fee-Refund-Form.pdf indicating form number, double payment transaction numbers with documentary proof, date and reasons, to Finance Officer, H.P. Technical University, Hamirpur either through email: finofficerhimtu@gmail.com or by post. After the University is satisfied and payment received twice is confirmed, the application for refund will be accepted. Refund form will be accepted if it is submitted within a period of two months after the last date of filling concerned examinations conducted through online payment mode by the Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur. Refund is not admissible for single transaction on any online form.
