Fee Refund Policy for Academic Session 2025-26
The following rules shall govern the refund of fee in case of withdrawal of admission:
If a candidate, who is allotted a seat in the Centralized Counselling, surrenders his/her seat, the fee collected from the student shall be refunded as per the guidelines/instructions issued by the regulatory bodies i.e., AICTE/UGC/PCI from time to time by the College/Institution to the student. However, if the guidelines/instructions for refund of fee are not issued by the regulatory bodies, then the fee will be refunded as per the norms given below:
A candidate who is allotted a seat in the Centralized Counselling and surrenders his/her seat, the fee collected from the student shall be refunded by the College/Institution to the candidate provided he/she informs the Chairman, Admission Committee, in writing, well before the last round of Counselling after deducting Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) as processing fee.
No fee and other charges, except Refundable Securities, will be refunded to a candidate who surrenders his/her seat after the last round of Counselling if the seat vacated by him/her is not filled up.
In reference to Point 1, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor will be the Competent Authority to take the final decision in the matter.
